By calling Passage Hub or using this website you agree to these terms. They are meant to be readable, not clever.
Passage Hub is a travel booking service. We search available fares, quote them to you, and arrange tickets with airlines and booking systems on your behalf. We are not an airline and we do not operate any flights.
Airline fares change constantly. A price quoted on a call is live at that moment and is confirmed only once a ticket is issued. Seats, baggage rules, and schedules are set by the airline, and the airline's contract of carriage applies to your travel.
You must give accurate passenger names exactly as they appear on government ID, and make sure you hold any passport, visa, or entry requirement for your route. We are not able to refund a ticket because of incorrect names or missing travel documents.
Payment is taken at the time of booking as agreed on the call. Once a ticket is issued the fare becomes subject to the airline's rules for that ticket.

We take reasonable care in quoting and issuing bookings. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking assistance. We are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or losses that follow from them.
We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one in force when you call.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States.
