This policy explains what Passage Hub collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to calls made to our flight desk.
This site has no forms, no account sign-up, and no checkout, so nothing is collected from you automatically beyond basic technical data such as device type and page views.
When you call us we record the details needed to arrange travel: your name, contact number, travel dates and routes, passenger details such as date of birth or passport number where the airline requires them, and payment details if we take payment on the call.
To quote fares, issue your ticket, send your confirmation, handle changes or cancellations, and answer questions about your booking. We do not sell your personal information.
Airlines and booking systems need passenger details to issue a ticket — that is the core of the service. We also use a small number of service providers (for example payment processing and phone systems) who only handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
Booking records are kept while your trip is live and afterwards for the period required by law and by the airlines we work with. You can ask us to delete records that we are no longer obliged to retain.

We keep booking data in access-controlled systems and only share the minimum needed to complete a booking. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send card details by email.
Our service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except as passenger details supplied by a parent or guardian for a booking.
